Vicki McBeath, Receptionist at the Pontiac, IL site will be retiring on April 7, 2022 after 5 years of loyal and dedicated service.

Vicki began her journey at ATR on April 3, 2017 as front desk/receptionist.  While she held other various positions during her career, she came to really enjoy her front desk job with ATR.   In fact, so much, that she had no desire over the 5 years to explore other ATR opportunities.  Vicki has loved working for a family-owned business and has much respect for the business and all the employees.   “I will take away a very positive work experience at ATR.  I always felt valued as an employee and believe in showing up every day and giving 100%.  I’ve enjoyed my job, coworkers, and the owners, Ken and Barb.”

Some of her most memorable moments include Christmas parties.  “ATR throws the best Christmas parties!”  She also has enjoyed the appreciation shown by the little things… like bringing in donuts for employees, pizza days, summer cook outs, and the candy that was always available at the front desk.  She will miss many things about ATR and her job; but it’s the people, especially Louie, that she will miss the most.

Now that retirement has come, she is looking forward to spending more time with her fiancé, Dick.  They already have a lot to do around the house, including some remodeling; as well as some travel plans and visiting family in Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Las Vegas.  She also would love to visit the beautiful state of Utah.

Vickie leaves the following words of wisdom and advise to the newly employed at ATR: “ATR will give you every opportunity for growth, but it is up to you if you advance.  You must work hard each day, be positive, have good attendance, and want more than you have.  I believe a person ‘will get out of it, what they put into it!’  These attributes will make you successful at work and your personal life as well.  This is noticed by management and will even be a positive influence with the people you are in contact with every day.”

Vicki will forever remember the kindness and compassion shown to her while working for ATR, in particularly during difficult times.  She is thankful for the opportunity the Company (and in particularly Barb and Ken) have given her and the many friends she has made along the way.  She will truly miss being a part of the ATR family and will forever cherish her memories.

WE too, will miss YOU – VICKI!!.

Thank you for your loyal & dedicated service, your contributions over the years, and your friendship.

Wishing you a Happy and Healthy Retirement!

Congratulations from ALL of us at ATR!
