EWSI who was evicted from its Ohio location late in 2014 for failure to pay its employees is now facing the same allegations in New York state. According to the local story attached, EWSI is believed to have a significant amount of CRT glass housed at the location, and is again accused of failure to compensate employees between mid October ’14 and January of this year.

Buzz Zeller, ATR’s Director of Sales and Marketing stated “Advanced Technology Recycling an R2 Certified Electronics recycler with 6 locations nationwide, stands ready to accept current clients of EWSI. ATR has a facility strategically located in the state of New York in the Buffalo area at Tonawanda, NY and will assist any and all clients who have been abandoned by this closure action.“
