ATR Opens New ITAD Processing Facility in Las Vegas

Advanced Technology Recycling (ATR) a global leader in Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD) and Recycling services is pleased to announce the opening of a new processing facility in Las Vegas NV. 

The new facility will be located at 4120 W Windmill LN, Suite 105, Las Vegas, NV 89139 . The facility is strategically located near the US 15 and Highway 160 Interchange just minutes from McCarran International Airport and the World Class Entertainment Institutions Las Vegas is known for.

Las Vegas is an ideal location for ATR which specializes in R2 certified ITAD  Secure Destruction services, ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), Managed IT Services and End of Life Recycling.

“The new facility has 3 loading docks, 1 ground level dock and will be used as a logistical and processing hub to reduce costs and improve efficiency.   The facility will also sort and process materials to be further refined at one of the company’s other (8) R2 certified locations.”   said Brodie Ehresman a spokesman for ATR.

This will mark the third major expansion in less than 1 year for the Woman Owned ITAD management company who also  acquired Electronic Recycling Solutions (ERS) a Silicone Slopes based electronics recycling company which has since been relocated to Salt Lake City.   “In addition to the new facilities ATR has also been steadily building fleet capabilities by increasing the number of semis, box trucks and drivers” said Ehresman.  “The majority of our customers require cost effective and secure transport options and we’re bringing our innovative and sustainable approach to, Secure Destruction, ITAD management and electronic recycling to them.”

The two west coast facilities are linked through high speed VPN tunnels to the company’s other locations in MI, NY, UT, TX, AL, VA and corporate headquarters in Pontiac Illinois.   The tech savvy company has built an impressive infrastructure that can track every piece of equipment under management from a centralized data center affectionately known as Betty.  The system also allows customers to track shipments and processes in real-time with immediate access to reports through a FIPS 140-2 compliant web portal.
