Rick joined the Advanced Technology Recycling (ATR) team as Southeast Regional General Manager in July of 2013. For the previous 11 years, he worked with Swisslog Healthcare Solutions first as a Senior Field Service Engineer with the company’s Automated Material Transport Systems division and then as a Site Installation Manager with Swisslog’s Automated Drug Management Systems division. In 2002, Rick retired after 20 years of service in the United States Army as a Chief Warrant Officer. He served tours in the US, Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Germany, and 2 combat tours in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In 1997, Rick earned an Associate in Missile and Munitions Technology at Calhoun Community College. Rick has been married for 29 years and he and his wife, Josie, have 2 daughters.
Donna started with ATR in July of 2011 after a career in payroll installation and office administration. Within a short time here at ATR, Donna excelled in Outside Sales and the Asset Recovery Department. Her remarkable success led her to three promotions, the latest, Site Startup Manager. Donna’s responsibilities include strategic planning and implementation of company site expansions. Donna currently resides in Pontiac, IL, with her husband and two dogs.
Jay Cox joined Advanced Technology Recycling in March 2013 as San Antonio’s Business Development Manager. With years of experience in Sales and Sales Management in the South Texas region, Cox brings his relationship selling skills to ATR’s table. With his e-Waste Recycling experience and a conviction that we are all are to be good stewards of that which we’ve been entrusted, Jay is looking forward to helping businesses find an Electronic Recycling solution that meets their specific needs. Cox, a 1975 graduate with a BA from Azusa Pacific College, and is also active with the Chamber and several nonprofit and civic organizations. Jay is a husband, father and grandfather and a life-long resident of San Antonio, TX
Buzz resides in Pontiac with his wife of 30 years Shirley and their American Cocker Spaniel “Sophie”. Buzz enjoys spending time with his family, public speaking, and he is a diehard University of Illinois fan. He was honored 3 years ago to be the chosen as the first PA Announcer in the history of the Pontiac Holiday Basketball Tournament on its 80th Anniversary. Every holiday season he spends 3 days calling all 26 games on the annual tourney schedule, allowing him to see some of the best college and professional bound basketball talent in America.
