Value Recovery Manager – Pontiac, IL

Job Title: Value Recovery Manager

Position Objective: Drive increase in sales (wholesale & retail) through the training and management of all value (asset) recovery teams. 

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales volume in both wholesale and retail at all locations
  • Management of day to day activities of value (asset) recovery teams

DOT Supervisor – Pontiac, IL

Position Objective:An ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge/ background in diesel trucks, be highly organized, possess the ability to decipher and adhere to FMCSA/DOT regulations, strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including using an Outlook calendar, and basic knowledge of database operations (training will be provided on our unique database), must be a team player and willing to assist with special projects.

Responsibilities:

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Titling and registration of all vehicles in company fleet across the country, including yearly renewals Multiple Quarterly Taxes Yearly registrations with FMCSA/ DOT and states as needed.
  • Yearly reporting to ICC, UCR, MCS-150 etc.
  • Tracking maintenance of vehicles and forklifts
  • Effective communication with multiple Supervisors/Managers and co-workers at multiple locations and Corporate Headquarters.
  • Scheduling and prioritizing maintenance of vehicles and forklifts

Position Objective:Organizer for site to rely on to getting and keeping actives for site in available and in order.  To include Compliance for IMS system, Administrative Assistant Roles, and Warehouse support roles.

Responsibilities

  • Compliance – Responsible for audit paperwork, filing, scanning to electronic folders, checking for accuracy/completeness to include but not limited to: CAPA reports/logs, Mass Balance, O/T, Safety meeting/minutes, Management review, scheduling various Compliance appointments, attending all audits, Escalating items as needed.
  • Managing and filling inventory of supplies
  • Handling of cash draw and keeping of daily cash log, report sent to Corp.

Client Services Manager – Pontiac, IL

Position Objective: Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure our clients are receiving the best possible service. Encourage consistent communication with our clients so they recognize us as the Premier Recycling/Remarketing Company of choice.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain consistent proactive communication with clients on a regular basis
  • Manage projects for the Business Development Managers; such as group calls or targeted mailing campaigns
  • Manage billing of incoming loads per the BDM specifications via contract
  • Communicate with clients regarding all aspects of their account
  • Research vertical markets for Business Development Managers to provide warm leads
  • Monitor contracts in relationship to billing and workload to discover additional opportunities or need to restructure that can be communicated to COO

Responsibilities:

  • Operate tractor/ trailer in accordance with Department of Transportation and Company guidelines, and in a safe and efficient manner. Fully comply with all hours of service rules. Perform regular equipment checks, complete related documentation and notify supervisor of any unsafe condition
  • Deliver products to dealer locations as scheduled and as requested. Notify Site Manager, Supervisor, scheduling personnel and/or customer of any immediate delivery problems
  • Assist with unloading trucks and warehousing and/or palletizing at customer locations as needed. Pick up and load returned products as instructed. Complete all related paperwork.
  • Provide basic customer service related to deliveries and assist in resolving related problems. Inspect product for defects as needed
  • Complete an accurate driver log to be submitted on a daily basis along with other trip sheet, fuel, and maintenance and delivery documentation.
  • Report accidents and complete appropriate paperwork per established mandated and Plant procedures
  • Submit to drug and alcohol testing as required under DOT and Company guidelines
  • Maintain current knowledge of, and comply with, CDL/Dot and Company/Plant requirements and standards.
  • Immediately notify supervisor of a problem with CDL, driving record status and/or medical certification.
  • Perform related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old and by physically qualified to drive a truck in accordance with DOT requirements
  • Must have ability to read and speak English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, and to make entries on reports and records
  • 2 year CDL experience with a good driving records
